They actually race them in Japan, they host 12 hour endurance races where much of the lineup are modified RWB cars (among things like modified Lamborghinis and AMG GTs). They're built quite differently from the otherwise stock Porsches that just get hacked up to become hardparked stance cars with otherwise stock engines that are what 99% of RWB cars outside of Japan are.
