India is so large that unlike some US states or European countries, you don't need to visit the other side of the continent to do something.
You can freely source labor and parts and machines
So you can do a lot of cool stuff, possibly without even import materials
But the work is crude for how advanced it is, and its WHY Ford is going to burn money: They are expecting Mexican labor practices, from a far more Colonial mindset country.
