One thing I've noticed is the people who hate BMW have never driven one.

I've driven a 2009 335i, 2018 230i, 2021 m340i and a 2024 330i. The only one that seemed like a decent car was the 335i. Everything else felt sluggish for its size with shit steering.

Lmao, didn't take long for you to start moving those goalposts. Let me guess, if I haven't driven a M5 CSL I haven't driven a "real" BMW?

One thing I've noticed about those who push kraut crap have never worked on them.

First 100k is the driver's experience
Second 100k is the mechanics experience
There is no third 100k because they're already the scrap yards experience.

I’ve worked on three of my N52s, the neighbors N52 and they’re all a breeze to keep running despite being ancient. Highest mileage one is at 340k and this thing just keeps running despite 7000rpm pulls every other day.

On the other hand diagnosing a misfire on my buddies 2021 Mazda 3 was a nightmare. Thing ran like garbage but wouldn’t throw a code indicating a cylinder unless you stomped on it. Then when it finally threw a check engine light, the car died on the road and refused to move despite it being just a misfire and we had to get it towed home. When I had a bad coil on the Bimmer the ECU would tell you immediately what cylinder was throwing the misfire and it would also let you limp it home. And let’s not mention the adaptive radar faults that will need the $1000+ radar unit replaced. So much for le reliable Jap cars, it’s a fucking 2021 with 50k and had to be towed home, absolutely embarrassing. It’s a J vin btw.

Oh and did I mention an OEM/NGK Ignition coil for the Mazda is $200 and the same part on the Bimmer is $30 for a OEM/Bosch coil? Meme Jap cars never again

Driven plenty. No good ones made after 97. Even the ones before that aren't particularly special, but can at least be fun.

I've driven several and don't like them. My parents are BMW douches and have had a bunch. They're always slow to accelerate and shit breaks on them all the time. Then they need to be in the shop for weeks if not months because parts need to be imported, and it costs a shit ton to fix them. Not worth it.

same
my parents prefer BMWs
the seats are uncomfy (granted these are the cheaper ones), the ride is harsh, and honestly the cars are just kinda soulless
there's no warmth and they are fast but not super fun to drive

Bad bait
Unless your parents are poorfag larpers driving base leased 320is they accelerate faster than almost everything except actual performance cars.
And I can get basically any part for any of my cars like same day or next day where I live. Or do live in the middle of nowhere in Alaska?

I've driven an m3 and a 4 series and its fine. It's obviously meant to be the 2nd or 3rd car you buy after your shitboxes in order to give you a taste of what you're supposed to buy later on once you've gotten a real career.
