U1900 U0121 and related

Any ford techs around here?
Bought a sport trac, mechanically everything seems good but I cant turn off the ASM or use the 4x4 buttons because the TCM is bitching about losing contact with the ABS.
Unplugged the ABS and still have a U1900 from the IC and the U0121
Is this just a chafed wire or wtf?
