the guy who used to sell them is "HONDABIKEPRO" I think his real name is kevin but I might be misremembering. Judging by his posts he sold his last ones in 2021 and decided material costs increases after covid made them not worthwhile.

Anonymous No.28715566 [Report] >>28715570

Originally it was just meant to be a stop gap because the seat was falling apart from use, so I gorilla glued this cut out of a rubber door mat to it to cover the holes. However, to my surprise, it is EXTREMELY comfortable. I think it is sort of copying those old bead seat covers which were supreme for long distance.
I need to trim up the glue so it's not so ugly, but I have no desire to buy a new seat now. This picture was taken quite a while ago now, I've had a few thousand miles this way.

I like the look of the alpinestars with white & black plus red accents.
I've been slowly trying to diversify away from black gear; my brain associated the color with beginner riders after going to a couple group rides a few years ago.

But thankfully the canadian governemt has now appropriated my garnished garnishings and canadapost unfucjed its head out the ass so im gonna see what they give me and decide if its worth fixing up the bikes, solding them, and then leave this forsaken shithole while my dollar still has 10% of its purchasing power from last quarter

My Honda vt1100c2 can only do 6500 but its power does hit like a car with peak torque at 2700 and power at 4700. Peak torque at 2700 means about 37 hp at 10mph and 67 hp at 30mph but it loses a lot of steam after 70mph. Gear 2 tops out at 60mph but it runs out of top end horsepower by 50mph, needs a shift to 3rd to make 60+, is a 5 speed but gear 3 is the 1:1 ratio and 5 is od2
