I don't get it

I have terrible spatial skills and can't really chop wood or start a fire or anything like that so I'm stuck eating fast food when I hike so there's something admirable about being able to do that, especially if you USE the wood you chop.
I was driving through NY state recently and all along the roads people were selling firewood so I assume that means they are still chopping the forests down regularly.

I genuinely don't know. It took me a decent while to figure out how to read and write and ride a bike but I started early and got through it.
I don't understand those people in videos and the fires have these neatly sized bundles of kindling and its always dry. I just avoid unnecessary spatial tasks and I set the car to self driving mode on the highway.
