We have natural in Iowa. I'm sure they can grow farther north than me. They are beautiful but still hard to get rid of despite my cold climate, which regularly gets to -15 each year.

Yeah, I went to school in Montrose and 2 kids in my school died consuming jimsonweed. It's certainly present.

I ordered the seeds off the Internet in like 2005-2006 and ate like 20 of them. They came in a bag with a warning "very poison, do not eat". I simply blacked out for about 30 hours. I was alone so I'm not sure what happened.
