I frequently litter. I find carrying trash around with me makes my experience less fun. When I litter it's usually on the trail. I'll eat my crisps and drop it straight away when I finish because I know people pick up the litter. I've been confronted once and posted on facebook. Literally don't care.

I’m actually starting to quit smoking, I’m down to one every other day, and I’m feeling pretty good about that, I think by next week I can get to one a week then fully quit
