I just realized almost all dem wyte folks that I have seen fishing be releasing dey fish after the catch even when its a nice catfish or bass.

Obviously bait, but nearly every waterway in the US is impaired. I'm not eating the bioaccumulatrixes that spawn in our rivers

Its like baif cars and urban youths. It's too easy, it gets boring quick and can hardly be considered a challenge. So what do you do? You release the hotheaded youngster of course, hoping he grows a bit older, bigger and learns something about bait. Sure it takes a few rounds of this to make a wise aspiring doctor. But if you persist you'll on average make bigger catches and find it more challenging.
Sure you could just put them to death the first time around but that gets boring quick.
