Are there any other Youtubers who tear down other Youtubers?

He make a great point about the biggest "photography" channels being all gear based while others either sell luts or courses about dragging the saturation slider in lightroom. Actual photography based channels are usually not very popular with the algorithm as they don't sell as much product. Simon D'entremont is pretty helpful though.

If I had to take pics like that as a job I would quickly statt hating photography. I guess it is a little better than weddings...

I donโ€™t get it. Why does the algorithm care whether the channel is selling stuff or not?

its diabolical the way some "professional" photographers can take $10,000 150mp cameras and create tasteless stuff that looks like it was poorly shot on a shitty disposable digital camera from 2007 and claim its their vision

It's not the algorithm problem per se, it's the taste of the algo consumer itself. People want to take better photos, they-choose they easiest path, which is buy gear instead of investing in betterring oneself. I buy better camera I take pro pictures... Therefore algo pushes camera reviews intead of framing lighting pictures
