Do you know the manufacturer? Is it reliable? (Ignore the fungus)

There are many companies that had 70-210mm F4-5.6 lenses in their lineup. Tokina, Tamron, Sigma, Cosina und so weiter and to confuse it all further they often outsourced production to other manufacturers. There is a bit of that stuff still going on though, but no to the same extent, but your lens is still worthless even if ultra rare and a bit of fascinating history. Optically it is not a marvel, usable yes, but soft and cheap and also in need of a cleaning which will cost more than it is worth if you are unable to do it yourself. These things are thrown in as freebies when you buy old camera gear.

Thanks. I found one for US$15 but no information online other than this fungus infested example pictured on an auction website. If it's in good shape, I will pull the trigger.
