I'm taking the picture of the moon and i got this

if you are being serious, its because your camera sucks and you need a way of lowering the exposure. your camera is seeing an ultra dark scene and is compensating and boosting exposure until the moon is blown out.

Put your camera on a tripod and put it on the slowest shutter setting possible...
If you can't get a decent picture at 30 seconds with max ISO either your camera is shit or you need a bigger lens
