Due process is just a concept synonymous with fairness. In our constitution it regards "life, liberty, and property" which do not all necessitate trials just as not every dispute or problem in life necessitates trial. Our constitution nust explicitly states that due process means trial etc for crimes.

For example recently a woman in Houston called police when her car caught on fire on the highway. You know what the cops did when they got there and her car was on fire? They called fucking ICE on her. And when ICE got there they determined the woman was in fact here legally. That woman received due process. But according to the sick radical left, the cops should've arrested her and she could receive her precious trial.

For example if China attacked us tomorrow it's international law that I seek asylum in an immediate neighboring country. That's not what they ruled. They haven't ruled on the merits of using the Alien Enemies Act. They ruled that sending Garcia to El Salvador specifically was a violation of a previous withholding order that stated he could be in danger if deported there. He could have been sent to a different country.

There's a Discord raid going on, where they keep pushing the "due process" concept from the constitution. Because of the way it's written, anyone residing in the United States legally or illegally is under due process legislation. They have that part correct. What they are doing though, is using our just rules as a strategy against us. The system is limited. There's only so many judges, law enforcement, and courts available. These are millions of people, all needing to be tried, all needing court dates, all needing to show up or be arrested and forced to show up. That's not feasible. It won't be something that solvable within the lifetime of the country even. They know this, these raiders. So they keep pushing that to put you in a corner. So you'll either have to grant mass citizenship and handle it over generations, or cast aside the Constitution entirely / make an amendment, upon which they will make a new strategy to adapt. Another option is an emergency executive order, for mass removal by force or execution. Most Americans are toothless still, and will probably be so until something really kicks off. But anyway, don't fall for this demoralization. They aren't asking in good faith, nor do they care about the Constitution. They just want to keep their transient armies within the country. It's a very powerful asset, especially after a lot of the funding got shut down under this administration.
