The goal is that you don't realize it and keep consooming. You should have never awakened.
The powers that be are just Game Masters on a roleplay where they have to stimulate your senses to think there is a purpose to all this bullshlt.
When in reality, there is no real purpose, but someone has to make something up to entertain and make your life as normal as it can be, rather then just plain boring, without all of this sugar and salt, life is just meaningless and many people would loose the will to live if no one is making it grey, hellish and both heavenly at times.
Humans are a drama machine and it fuels their dreams, ambitions, passions, after they go through traumas.
