I know one who sells beds on ebay for kids, and she tells the social services her kid needs a new bed every 2-3 months and then sells it. They just keep paying out because they cannot refuse money for a bed for a growing child.

Yes it happened to me multiple times the mother was always a gypsy

I had one ask me to buy her gas. I did it because she seemed like she was being severely abused and I felt bad.

Their gypsy buddy with a full cart (trolley) of items will swoop in once you agree to the offer to pay for "some" stuff. They pray off people's emotional response to a hungry child. I like to say yes, then reverse my decision, and call Child Protection Services on them. They stay away after that.

Happened to me in Katy TX, but i could tell the daughter was hungry. Gave me the whole "I'm trying to get away from an abusive boyfriend". But the grocery store sold gift cards that could only be used for groceries. I made the little girl swear she was actually hungry and didnt have food and that i could careless about her mom and boyfriend troubles. I had a fairly attractive late 20s/early 30s white femoid ask me if I could spare anything at all so she could buy food, it was just the two of us on a lonely stretch of road, I gave her the £4 in my pocket but once I got home I thought fuck, I bet she would have gone into the bushes with me and taken rawdog load in her ass for £30 if I offered it.
