No renovations, just the same old house. And you need to make 3x the rent in salary to even apply to live there. The cheapest house rental I could find, in the middle of podunk fucking nowhere, or by rail road tracks, or surrounded by niggers, was $1,500 a month. The cheapest - and you wouldn't want to live there.

In Japan, you can rent a NICE 4 bedroom home for $350 a month. I'm not talking about old abandond houses, I mean actual nice housing.

I tried living in Idaho. You know what I learned? AWALT. You can be surrounded by what you think are like-minded people, at least moreso than most parts of the country. They can be white and conservative even. The culture isn't drastically different. It's still easier to find sex than a relationship. The women still want to focus on their career.
