Air defense systems aren't a dog you can just leave on guard duty, you do actually have to have trained teams running and maintaining them.
And maybe the radar network in Syria was imortant to the setup? They got wacked when governments there changed, and Israel just randomly, without declaring war or giving reason, bombed Syria. Nobody said anything about that, btw.

Lots of metrics about Ukraine are skewed due to generational imbalance in income and other stuff. Generally speaking, I don't refute the statistics. But I have personal experience with both countries, and Ukraine seems miles ahead in both the private and public sectors. Having to do with Bulgarian bureaucracy or shoddy-run Bulgarian businesses made me suicidal. Ukraine has pockects of excellency mixed with soviet-pilled retardness that will eventually die out.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Unlike most of Europe, most of the Ukrainian bureaucracy is digitized already, and things that will take weeks in Europe are done with 1 click, like any Scandinavian country. The fact that you discuss with so much confidence about something you know nothing about makes me really dubious about the rest of your opinions.
