The problem is that, just like for the past 1000 years, Arabs have made up the political elite class, while ethnic Persians actually keep the country functioning. The Arabs are inbred, low IQ, incompetent at everything. The Persian people are way smarter than Israelis on average, nearly on par with Europeans. But constantly hamstrung by an oppressive, stupid, government. The Persians have always been torn between helping the Arab leaders, and staying free from Israel, or toppling their regime, and basically giving Israel the green light to swoop in and permanently capture their nuclear facilities and basically neutralize Iran forever after, held as a powerless vassal state to an even greater enemy.

Because Israel has access to every American satellite as well as American RC-135, E-3, etc, flying out of bases all around Iran and watching everything that happens in Iran. It's extremely hard to hide.
