This is technically impossible. One telegram's server setup is complex and spreads across the word, some on the netherlands others are in UAE.

The problem isn't the content itself. Problem is exposure of metadata which you can't truly avoid it. On android telegram uses google cloud for their push notifications, on ios same shit but apple, all of your stuff can be seen with accurate timestamps by google or apple.

Secondly the encryption keys are maintained by telegram, meaning they can decrypt everything if it's not a secret chat. A man in the middle with enough resources can access your every single shit with fake certificate.

You normies always beg the tech companies for privacy. You can make your conversations private with generating your OWN keys with using FOSS software/internet services. But whatever.
