For Americans wondering what South Africans think about the Afrikaans refugee effort, I can tell you.

Blacks: The blacks here are pretty mad about it, they point out that there is no genocide happening, but those who I've asked, always go stump if you tell them a big reason for the refugee is the quota's and discrimination. I think they do not really see that as a big enough problem for the Afrikaners to leave.

Whites: It's split into 2:
1 being those sceptical, saying that going as a refugee, your circumstances will be bad, living in poverty and doing the grunt jobs in America

2 being very positive, lost of Afrikaners have always wanted to migrate, and are using this train to get to a 1st world country. I fall in this one, but I hope the refugee's aren't treated like niggers.

I think that life for white people in America is most definitely better than whites in South Africa, especially over the long term even if you’re rich in South Africa. South Africa is a doomed white colony. There will be no whites in South Africa within a century or two. Also, if you’re remotely intelligent, it is easy for white people to be middle class or higher in America. Just get into a trade and work hard.
