Did things really change in the grand scheme of things? No nothing really happened. There will never be some massive wolrd altering event because they wouldn't let that happen they have worked so hard to be in the position of power they would never ruin this for themselves by starting some real world altering happenings. Instead we get fake and gay distraction happenings that don't change things that much. They just serve the purpose to keep people under control and in constant fear. Nothing will really ever happen.

Compare the trajectory of things before and after such "happenings", and you will find that it is the same. And, more often than not, the happening was in fact an operation to remove some perceived threat to the unfolding plan, and to make sure that things continue going the way they had been going up to that point.
This reminds me of that video where a guy is saying something like "guys if nothing really happened ever, none of us would exist because people making babies means by definition something is happening" etc
