did you also hear both sides of the story? Padilla gave a live interview explaining everything that happened. His interview is also not immediately discredited by lies that become apparent after watching 3 seconds of video.
I will say one thing, there is lots of confusion on the facts, and this incident demands an investigation. The right will grandstand and say how they want to investigate Padilla as if he was a criminal, but this will never happen because any investigation will reveal the truth that it was wrong to arrest that man. So they will have no investigation.
