We are now 80 years removed from the end of that conflict and another 10 years or so nobody from that era will be alive period. The entire era will slide into the same area the Great War and everything before it is in historically.
People will be able to see and remember living through the post war era and itโs good and bad, but yelling about Hitler, fascism, and telling people to remember peril harbor will have as much social relevance as yelling about the Kaiser, the black hand, and Gallipoli.
Things that happened a century ago just arenโt going to be as pressing as something that happened 20 years ago, days ago, or minutes ago to the average person.
