Just Individual strength has virtually never been enough. Even in ancient tribal societies, some organization between multiple people were usually needed to stay on top, and the need for that has obviously kept increasing since then.

So, what can then be done when the needed level of organization obviously far exceeds what young men are capable of? The only way is to bet on a societal collapse. Prep for that scenario, and hope that it happens.
