Funny story, I asked a mexican HR guy pointblank why it is I keep getting rejected for jobs but when I goto places in person I see pajeets waddling around who can't even speak English and he got so angry lmao. They must know that people were going to put 2 and 2 together at some point.

My gf is in Minnesota and she applied to about 40 jobs and all of them took 3 months to respond with "thank you but we're full :D we'll keep u on a list 4 later ;)" and had to just go in person and they hired her on the spot. It's that kind of situation now in the midwest at least, just have to find the jobs that can hire that way and don't require online applying - if they tell you to go do that it's still the same issue. Easier if you know someone who can ask their boss to hire you - don't even need to be good friends, just someone you know, because these places have openings but the openings online are fake. It's complete nonsense.
