Because they aren't war plans that actually have any impact on the war. The strategic bombers the Ukrainians blew up were on the other side of the continent and not at all useful against Ukraine. The Israelies and Iranians flinging bombs at each other isn't even properly a war since neither side is making any attempt to occupy territory, which is a requirement for actually conducting a war.
These are propaganda operations. The point of them is to influence public opinion. The Ukrainians want the Russians to seem weak and stupid in the hopes that it will make other countries less afraid to go against Russia by helping Ukraine. The Israelis want the Iranians to seem incompetent and evil so that their own people will think that provoking them is both justified and unlikely to backfire. The Iranians want their citizens to think that they're hammering the Israelis so that they won't demand the sort of escalation that is likely to drag the US into the mix.
Posting about it on twitter is the point of the operation. They only bother actually blowing shit up so that they have pictures to post. When AI gets a little better they won't even have to do that anymore. They'll just post fake pictures and when the other side says it didn't happen they'll claim that they're lying.

yea, that would be smart because not only would they incur retaliation from Israel itself but also the US. so nukes are basically useless to them outside of the scenario of having enough to level all of israel. this is also highly unlikely given that the iron dome seems to be working pretty well and only letting through 1-5% of the incoming missiles. each nuke would have to follow a massive screen of non-nuclear warheads to have any chance of getting through. and to first strike, they would have to believe that they can wipe out a majority of israel's capabilities in very short order, which they can't. therefore, even if Iran had nukes, the scenarios for them actually using them would be almost non-existent. israel obviously knows this and is pushing for a hot war anyway.
