What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

You had to pay "rent" to the state but it was pretty much negligible, in most cases only making up a tiny percentage of a person's paycheck. In China today, 90 percent of people are homeowners and of the other 10 percent, a great many of them are provided with accommodation by their employers.

Compare this to the current state of affairs under capitalism where property is being increasingly bought up en mass by private equity and ensuing generations of people will never realistically be able to own their own homes. Instead they will be forced to rent for their entire lives at obscene prices. The money spent on rent is not given to the state and re-invested in the country as under communism, instead it's harvested by parasitical Jews so that they can live in the lap of luxury without ever having to work for it or produce anything of worth.

The only power grab happening here is that of the capitalist class grabbing more and more property so that they can better exploit the working man and steal his money from him.
