It looks fake because it's an optical illusion where the top of the building shudders backwards, since your focus is on the flash of light, and then it looks like the entire building is shifting backwards like a cheap miniature prop.
Instead focus your eyes on the street level and watch it loop a few times, the base of the building stays virtually motionless. Now watch the flash again, and the overall building movement is far more subtle, and realistic.

That's a little launching rocket that falls off as soon as the drone stops climbing at a steep angle, after about 10 seconds from launch.

Without that, launching the drone would be much more difficult. Too big to catapult launch, and the jet engine exhaust could get messy for the launch site, and more importantly, the jet engine might not create enough thrust to launch into flight from a stand still.

it's an iron dome interceptor missile. that's what it does, makes sharp turns because it has to.

Launcher might be pointed in one direction but a rocket from hezbollah or hamas is coming from the other direction, and the interceptor missile has to launch, do a u turn, get in front of the rocket/drone, and explode in hopes of taking out the rocket/drone.

Not really designed for missile interceptions, so when this missile took evasive maneuvers, the Iron Dome missile got juked out and had to do a sharp u turn that still had no chance of being effective.
