It is possible to both support active servicemen and veterans, and the idea of a freedom oriented order but your boy is looking like he is fucking things up by getting involved in another expensive foreign adventure.

Oh, sure, they are banking on the Iranians changing their leadership, and maybe they will, and maybe that might even be good but you can't really be sure. The suppprt for the government is not deep but if you bomb people they will not be too happy.

America has the perfect opportunity broker a deal here and elsewhere but it can't be seen as directly involved.

Iran should wind its neck in too fwiw, if they are banking on the strategy of tiring out their enemies, it could go badky for them.
