Honestly, I give better advice than I take. Micromanage what you eat, what you do, how you do it. Stress kills, so if you're in a stressful environment, get out of it. Remove anything that can make you overly anxious. Walk more. Drink more water. Eat more real food. Spend less time reading, listening to, or watching the news. Don't allow your mental health to affect your physical.

If you feel the need to be with someone, go for it. But some of us were meant to be alone and that's perfectly fine. If you start off young, you won't regret it when you're older. I'm obese in my 30s because I didn't take care of myself in my late teens and throughout my twenties.

Swimming is really good for the entire body
Though healthy is more than exercise, i`ve always eaten healthy, as in trying to stay away from the ultra processed crap, drink a lot of water, always gone barefooted from early spring until late autumn, never taken antibiotics,or prescription pain killers but i probably got some in me from meat though, i don`t stress about things in my life and i am healthy as a horse even though i`ve been smoking for 43 years so i think how you live is important as well
