a Russian civilian who coerces woman into abortion will be fined 50 euros (what is it rubles, nobody knows, a zillion I think) and a Russian doctor will be fined 500 euros

the law won a vote a few days ago and is put in effect within a month

however a doctor can still recommend an abortion on medicinal basis (pregnancy is a hazard to womans health) without getting fined
