I fucking hate seeing women walking ridiculously sized dogs that they cannot control.
I once ran down the beach to go grab a beer from the house, and a big ass dog ran up on me from a patio of another house because it considered me a thread. I had my Glock on me and absolutely would have shot the mfer if it did not back up when I yelled at it

my dog provokes other dogs prey response for some reason despite being 60lbs or so, and it bothers the hell out of me when I pass by little women with these huge nigbulls that they can barely control gnashing their teeth and pulling at the leash to attack my boy, and there are a lot of them these days

We just need dog licenses. Cars and guns need licenses because they can kill, same should be true for dogs, which are property you only have indirect control of.

If your dog ever harms someone unprovoked license revoked for two years. If you ever abuse the animal license removed for 5 years. New licenses after that must be renewed yearly, signed off by a vet and pet insurance becomes mandatory.
