Plan was to decrease stalins influence over eastern europe by letting germany keep some territories. Uniting Baden-Würtemberg, Bavaria and Austria wtih Hungary seems odd at first, but austria-hungary existed as a state 27 years earlier than when he made this plan. southern germans have way more in common culturally with austrians than with the north germans (mostly prussians). Keep in Mind Prussia swallowed southern german states in 1871.

i hate churchill but this would have been the better solution because it would have employed a d-n-c strategy along german cultural lines and would have simply reverted to pre german empire days while probably keeping czechia and solvenia (formerly (czechoslovakia) safe from the encroaching communists. this would have cut germany's power in half while at the same time giving the two german nations time to heal and find back to their cultural roots instead of creating the artificial, ideologically created, division of west- and east-germany which we ended up with. the big geopolitical loser in this constellation would have been poland because they would have not scooched closer to the west but remained firmly tied to communist and russian interests. i think the jews through a big wrench into this because poland was one of their big headquarters and hideouts before israel existed and ukraine was still a slavic country and not new-israel.
in the end churchill's big miscalculation was to equate the interest of world jewry with the interests of the british commonwealth - he teamed up with the devil to win a war on the wrong the side, england should have joined germany. reminder that churchill was just a misguided chud and hated niggers and is now cancelled because of that.

This is actually a good way to weaken Germany by splitting sea port access and Hamburg and Berlin off from the genius engineers and heavy industry of Southern Germany.
