What you idiots need to realise is that it's not the US Navy thats stopping China from invading Taiwan, its Taiwan itself. To take Taiwan, China needs to get troops across the sea. That's impossible however because Taiwan would just sink all the ships. China also couldn't attack Taiwan by plane because Taiwan would just shoot them all down.
