I wouldn't call it "stalemate", I think Russia is slowly suffocating Ukraine now. Moving forward daily, but at a turtle pace. I think initially they wanted to "overwhelm" and failed at that, and now they just want to project "inevitability".
But sure, it's MUCH slower now, I would agree, most crazy vids are from the first few months.

Regarding Pakistan/India - yeah - that totally sucked (gore-wise), I don't think I've seen anything there.

with optic fibre and AI-driven drones that have no countermeasures as of now pretty much no action is possible because as soon as any valuable equipment appears on sight it gets nuked by drones
