This is the Recipe Indians use World-wide, to take over Organisations.

1. Get an Indian into Finance and HR. HR is usually pretty easy. Just need a nice Indian female.
2. HR then finds all sorts of reasons to sack Non-Indians and fill the positions with Indians - usually Indian Relatives. Nepotism is a totally acceptable activity in Indian life. You'll find whole families in a Department.

8. Very few decisions are ever made in case they get sacked for something going wrong.

10. Approx 50 of the Fortune 500 Companies in the US have been taken by Indian CEOs and Managers.

Time for the rest of the World to wake up and start taking back their Organisations. In the process of getting rid of Non - Indians in organisations, nearly every case could be challenged legally by the sacked person.
