He means kc-135 stratotanker. It’s an aerial refueling tanker used to refuel military aircrafts mid-air. The only reason they would be deploying to the Middle East is to support a major military operation.

I've participated in 4 separate exercises with the USAF and I've never seen them deploy the night before the exercise begins. They usually deploy a few days before so they can set up, get the aircrews/maintenance crews into proper lodging, and so they can fix any issues that arose during the flight. Also, I've never seen them deploy that many refuelers.

I'm not buying the exercise narrative.
