Bioshocks main critique isn't so much about Libertarians being bad people, so much so that it poses the question of what happens when a very bad person (Fontaine) exploits the weaknesses other idealists don't see?

Fontaine is the best critique of Libertarian because he displays why the very regulations that Libertarians want to cast off, when they fairly become oppressive, existed in the first place. Without them, or someone willing to step in and say enough is enough, someone with a criminal mind can find every loophole, bribe every politician, play every angle and, to not put to fine a point on it, rig the game so that he cannot lose.

Why their are other critques that are obvious and in the game of "don't you think that would kinda suck?" they're really red herrings and frankly open to debate around ethics or morality, whereas Fontaine is and what he truely represents is
