Cabbage Controversy: Machines for cabbage harvesting exist in Europe, but have not been scaled into the American ag structure.
On meat: Young to middle aged men and menstruating females should probably consume meat in low quantities. Under the current bourgeois food delivery infrastructure, human hands are going to be used for choice cuts of meat. Only buy whole birds and chicken pate (pink slime) when you want to cook with chicken. Under a correct (economically efficient) system, these would be the only available items. Yes, Hot Dogs.
Fish: Imitation crab meat (Pacific Whiting pate) is a highly mechanized production system, much of which is done off the coast in the Pacific NW.
Canned Tuna: Will always need some humans, but filleting tech is improving steadily.
Engage with this system, but think of it as a guideline.
Iron absorption on a mostly vegetarian diet: Up to one hour after consuming non-heme Iron (plant based Iron) consume 50-100% Vitamin C DV. Synthetically made Ascorbic Acid (Reichstein Process) โฆ drastically increases absorption of non-heme Iron.
Avoid Coffee with meals, decreases Iron absorption.
