The US can just re-stock Israel with munitions when runs out of batteries, Iran stands no chance, their entire manufacturing capacity has been destroyed by the Israeli Air Force and they’re way too heavily sanctioned to even be able to buy goods from the black market to re-establish the necessary infrastructure.
