It encourages sloth and waste. Instead of getting off your ass and going out to get food, either at a supermarket or a restaurant, you simply have food delivered. You no longer have that level of activity you had before. And it costs more than doing it yourself. Do you save time allowing you to do other things? Yes. However, that time is usually spent on your ass instead of in motion. Before you realize it has become routine. There's a point where convenience gives way to being a layabout

Because you're bored and over intellectualize everything. It's fucking delivery, you used to do it over the phone, now you do it in an app. The worst part about it is that it inflates the prices of the food. Otherwise, it's just convenient.
