Iran has to not shit the bed for that to happen. And that's only possible if China really steps up arms delivery and Pakis help with AD.

Iran is going to be a drawn out war no matter what. Even if the regime falls quickly the place is going to be a mess for a while in the power vacuum. All that time means the strait of hormuz is likely out of action still.

Plus there's the addition of Saudi oil fields getting fucked up.
