>>507673183 (OP)I know a lot about the legal strictures surrounding the use of lethal force, and I know a lot of circumstances can appear to be downright absurd, yet legally justified.
I cannot wrap my head around how a judge could watch this and believe anyone's life was in danger.
In the act of committing a violent felony? Yes, technically.
But shooting a semi-mobile morbidly obese man to death for bonking a minivan into a patrol SUV, while completely blocked inside of an enclosed area kind of takes away the reasonable fear of him "fleeing the scene" after committing a violent felony where he may cause injury to others and all that.
I'm pretty sure this is 100% *he was hitting my car with his car which is a felony so I responded with deadly force* judgment call.
It's crazy how cops have no expectation to measure the severity of acts that technically rise to the level of a certain crime according to the letter of the law, and balance that measure against what is actually fucking occurring before their eyes.
In reality this cop motivated by the defense of the property, he didn't like it that he caused damage to the vehicle.
Attempting to believe that the officer who fired upon him was legitimately shitting his panties in fear for his life, is impossibly delusional.
The fat fuck was being retarded, but the cops were shooting a fat fucking retard from a place of vindictive anger.
It's just insane how we have paid employees who do this type of shit in broad daylight because our legal system is so stuffed full of technicalities and loop holes that even very plainly losing your temper and shooting someone to death has some retarded legalistic interpretation on paper that when overlaid with the actual incident, is some completely absurd lie.
