Ok, OP, I've got this. Here's why NPCs keep repeating this absolute trash. What you need to know is that they don't have souls, anon, and they don't interact with reality. Everything they do is performative and satisfying matrix agendas, you know? That's why they are living their best life. It's the best at following their programming, no matter how shitty that programming is. But that's them. You're not an NPC, so you do you.

self affirmations are a good way to raise motivation and self confidence. i used to look in the mirror and tell myself i loved myself in my mind and then go about my day. it was effective enough to the point im not neet and content cause i only care about myself, ive got this.
