Can someone explain to me how they are going to enforce a regime change without boots on the ground?

The last I checked the Iran has a million soldiers. Am I really supposed to believe that right now, there are millions of Iranians that are celebrating Israel blowing up civilians, hospitals and TV stations and that they can't to be invaded by a hostile force and watch million of their brothers, husbands and fathers killed in battle so that they can be liberated from the oppressive Ayatollah ?
