So why Ukraine is being condemned for destroying the enemy’s key strategic forces, but Israel gets support for doing the same?

Russia has nukes and ways to deliver them to the US soil, while Iran doesn't even have a single bomb YET; let alone the needed delivery systems. It's that simple.

Russia has nukes (and lots of them).
Iran doesn't have nukes (yet).

That's all there is to it.
Nothing mysterious about it.

Russia won't be involved in this, beyond the political theater; there's no interest for them, especially with the invasion going. Their agreement with Iran is economic and political. The security clause only mentions that one party shouldn't assist the advisory of another party, and that's it.

Armenia has chosen a westoid tool as their leader. They got what they voted for.
I'm not even talking about them never recognizing Karabakh land as their own/independent. They always tried to sit on two chairs.
Didn't even fight azeris.
