It gets even WEIRDER when you look at how they always say "if you don't vote, you have no right to complain!"
But that's the opposite of what's true. Voting is a symbol of your agreement to honor the other leader EVEN IF yours loses. It is, in fact, voting itself which philosophically gives one no right to complain.
