I see this get posted every now and then but the actual facts of this matter is that Ukraine had some nukes from the USSR days that were wildly expensive to maintain and they didn’t have the launch codes for, and Russia obviously wouldn’t give them the codes. They “gave them up for sovereignty” which is true but they were more or less unusable anyway which is why they did so.

Just 150 meters and it didn't got completely destroyed, and the average Israeli building should be able to take much more than that observatory because of the Israeli building code.
