It wasn't Israel insisting Iraq had WMDs. America gave them to Saddam so of course they knew Iraq had them at some point. But unfortunately Saddam was a smart bugger and after the first Gulf War got rid of them to keep himself in power. So America instead clowned on him with complete bullshit claims relying on one (1) nutter of a source guy that they didn't really bother confirming.
