This bush era, forever war with Iran will be so poisonous to the republican party that it will cause a civil war and identity crisis similar to what the Democrats are going through right now. This is pretty much the SINGULAR THING that Trump could have done to destroy MAGA and splinter the Republican Party.

The most likely candidate to benefit from all of this are the likes of; Tulsi Gabbard, Tucker Carlson, Thomas Massie, and a whole new breed of "Amerca First" that will grow enormously influential and powerful as they suck up the 90% of the Maga voter base that is vehemently against Bush Era, Forever War, Regime Change bullshit.

nah I dont think Gabbard will benefit from this. In all honesty as a Massie2028 guy, this is the best thing Trump has done. Because while Vance, Cruz, etc tear each other apart. Only Massie is the one without the stink of Iran war, especially with the fact hes trying to prevent it and the fact Trump has always hated him, even with shit like the CARES Act being the biggest wealth transfer from poor to rich in US History along with creating a massive deficit and very few opposed Trump on this (one being Massie though). Massie can easily claim he is the rightful MAGA candidate and both Trump and his cronies abandoned the base, and he would be completely right, and in a race between Kamala or Buttigeg or Newsom, vs Massie, Massie wins.
